36. OLR - Stewarding Procedures & Protocols: A: Race Stewards are entrusted with the power & authority that may change the outcome of a race. Race Stewards should conduct themselves in a professional manner while in the performance of their duties. o No Fighting o No Arguing B: All tickets created are in a private threads, so only the driver who created the ticket may read it. This is done to keep arguments from happening. Race Stewards & Admins have the needed permissions to read these tickets so they may asses the grounds of the report. C: It’s the responsibility of the ‘Plaintiff’ to ensure the information within the ticket is accurate. Especially the following information: PSN-name of driver(s) involved Lap # Race Time of the incident D: If the any information provided by the ‘Plaintiff’ is not accurate, Race stewards or Admins may deem the ticket as ‘Invalid’. No Further Action Shall Be Taken The I.R. will be removed from the driver’s allotment. E: If there a question about the incident, Race Steward is required to only communicate with the ‘Plaintiff’ within the ticket. Do Not use DMs to communicate with the ‘Plaintiff’ or Race Stewards. o This is to ensure that ALL communications (and evidence) is in 1 location & thus easy to find. F: Race Stewards and Admins reverse the right to dismiss any report that appears to be frivolous. G: Race Stewards may need to see the replay of ‘Defendant’. Race Stewards may make a post (in the channel for the proper division) and tag the ‘Defendant’, asking that driver to share their replay. o Do Not use DMs to communicate with the ‘Defendant’ or Race Stewards. H: Race Stewards may Only talk about an Open Incident Report in the ‘Stewards Room’. The ‘Stewards Room’ is only available to the Race Stewards & Admin staff members. Race Stewards are free to share & express their viewpoints on the subject. The basic Code of Conduct for GT45 Gaming Discord server applies to the Stewards Room. I: Race Stewards assessments need to be completed no less than 72 before the next race. This allows just enough time for drivers to file an appeal, if desired. j: Once there is a consensus among the Race Stewards, GT45 Gaming thanks you for your time and efforts. GT45 Gaming will make a post for each ticket (IR) filed and the Race Stewards rulings.
