TT SIM RACING
Expectations A: All individuals on this team are governed by a set of rules and regulations (Code of Conduct) that are strictly enforced to ensure a safe environment for all drivers on and off the track, including in discord, and any verbal communications through PlayStation. B: All members of TT are required to maintain an Sportsmanship Rating (SR) of “S”. C: All potential new members of TT will be Vetted. This is done to understand the driver & his/her goals, to learn their weaknesses, as well as their skills. This includes but is not limited to; Interview Questions Driving Challenges o Pacing o Car Placement o Car Control o Defensive Driving o Overtaking D: Drivers who make the team will be assigned to a Tier based on their observed skills. E: A system of tiers (E, D, C, B & A) is used show a driver’s skill level. This is so drivers who want to help their fellow teammates improve, have an idea of the skill level of the driver they are looking to mentor. F: Faster team members are expected and strongly encouraged to help drivers in tiers below themselves. Teamwork not just a word, it’s the pathway to success. G: There are a series of channels in the Driver Training section of our Discord server for drivers that would like to increase the skill levels on their own. New information is being added and created all the time. H: All ‘New’ TT team members are on a 3 month probation. This is to ensure the new driver is a good fit for the team. I: After the probation period has ended, some drivers might be approached for promotion into a role more than a driver. So let’s kick ‘em tires, light those fires let’s get racing and have fun!
