9. OLR - Qualifying Etiquette: A: All drivers are required to exhibit common courtesy for their fellow drivers, especially during the Qualifying Session. B: Drivers leaving Pit-Row are on an ‘Out Lap’ until they cross the Start/Finish Line, which then starts that drivers ’Hot Lap’. C: ‘Hot Lap’ traffic has the right-of-way over ‘Out Lap’ traffic. D: Any driver who has an incident is required to yield right of way to lap traffic, if any. E: A driver shall not impede or hinder another driver’s “Hot Lap”. Violations include, but are not limited to: • Driving in a manner that requires a driver to make evasive maneuvers. • Brake Checking • Unsafe Track Re-Entry • Making contact with another car. o This includes “Bump Drafting”. • Stopping - Regardless if On-Track or Off-Track. • Intentionally driving slowly while on the Race Line.
