7. OLR - Race Control:A:Race Control personnel have full authority of drivers during an official GT45 Gaming event. These roles include:•HostoThe host of the race lobby.Ensures lobbies are setup correctly•HandleroLiaison between other Race Control personnel & the Drivers.Ensures drivers know what’s happeningLeads the Driver’s Meetings prior to Qualifying and/or Races •SpotteroIn-Lobby Race StewardEnsures drivers obey the OLRB:All drivers are required to join our PSN voice chat during official GT45 Gaming Events. •All drivers are required to have a working microphone to communicate with Race Control in Real Time.oExceptions might be possible in some situations. •Failure to join the chat may incur a penalty from the Race Stewards.C:This voice chat will be considered to be an ‘Open Chat’ (drivers may talk freely) during:•Practice Session•Warm-Up Session•Post-RaceD:This voice chat will be considered to be a ‘Restricted Chat’ (driver may not talk freely) during:•Qualifying Session•The RaceoThe race is considered ‘Finished’ when the game brings you back to the game lobby.Not a Moment Sooner!•Violations may incur a penalty from Race Stewards E:During ‘Restricted Chats’ Race Control has Top Priority for communication. Drivers should keep their microphones muted unless:•Asking a question to Race Control•Answering a question from Race Control•Acknowledging a directive from Race ControlF:Should a driver receive a directive from Race Control during the race;•The driver is expected to comply with the directive. oThe driver is not to argue while the race is underway.oThe driver is not discuss it while the race is underway. •Violations may incur a penalty from Race StewardsG:Should a driver receive a directive from Race Control & suspects it to be unjust, the driver can: •Respectfully question Race Control after the race•File an Incident Report against Race Control for the directive.oThis will count against a driver’s Incident Report Allotment.
