30. OLR - Incident Reports: A: SAVE YOUR REPLAY!! A driver’s ‘Replay’ is REQUIRED to file an ‘Incident Report’. o Drivers are required to share the replays in GT7 - Or It Will Not Be Reviewed, PERIOD! No Exceptions! o Videos are NOT SUFFICIENT! B: Drivers are prohibited from talking about any Open Incident Report in the GT45 Gaming Discord server, except for the ticket the driver has filed. GT45 Gaming has a Zero Tolerance Policy on this matter. C: If a driver is found taking part in an open conversation of an On-Going Investigation of an Incident, will be dealt with harshly. GT45 Gaming has a Zero Tolerance Policy on this matter. D: Filing an Incident Report will require a driver use 1 of their tickets from their ‘Incident Report Allotment’. o See sections ‘Incident Report Allotment’ for more information. E: Any driver who was in the race, is eligible to file an Incident Report (IR) against any driver in their division in which they are currently assigned, whether or not they are involved in the incident. For the sake of clarity we will be using these terms; o Plaintiff o Defendant o Victim F: All Incident Reports must be submitted using the GT45 Gaming Incident Report (IR) Ticket Bot, and must including the following; Drivers involved in the incident o Your PSN-ID (TT_M1SS-D3V10US) o PSN-ID you are filing an IR against (Mighty_mopar) Race Series / Division / Race # o (RWIT2 / Pro Division /Race 1) Race Time of the incident [Lower-Left hand corner of replay] (Hrs: Min: Sec) o (02:10:50) Lap # o (Lap 2) Brief Description of Incident o (A brief explanation relevant to the incident.) G: All Incident Reports must be submitted by the time set for the by the race series rules. Typically, 24 hours after the completion of the race. The deadline is the deadline. H: Anyone who submits an Incident Report is REQUIRED to share their replay. Replay must be ‘tagged’ (#tag) correctly. o See sections ‘Replays’ for more information. I: Failure to use the GT45 Gaming Incident Report (IR) Ticket Bot will result in your IR not being accepted as an ‘Official IR’. There is no need a DM a Race Steward and/or Admin Staff. The Stewards will review the report and contact the drivers, if needed. J: Any IR deemed NOT an ‘Official IR’ will have NO action taken. K: If the information you provide in your IR is inaccurate, in any way, (driver(s) involved, lap, especially timestamp) we reserve the right to invalidate your IR. The Race Stewards & GT45 Gaming Admins have very limited time to spend on reviewing, discussing & making their ruling, so please make sure the information your provide is correct. L: Race Stewards may ask to see the replay of any driver. This includes drivers that were not involved in the incident. The Race Stewards will need to see the P.O.V. of all parties involved. The game has net-coding issues, thus Race Stewards need to see YOUR Replay. o Especially when dealing with ‘lag’ issues. Drivers without a replay to ‘share’ will not be allowed to appeal Steward Decision. o SAVE YOUR REPLAY!! M: Drivers are not allowed, under any circumstances, to discourage, dissuade, or otherwise attempt to deter another driver from filing an IR against any other driver. Any driver who violates this policy becomes subject to discipline which can include, but is not limited to; o Having their posting privileges suspended. o Having their racing privileges suspended. O: Other race series hosted by GT45 Gaming may use a different reporting procedure. For more information, you may DM a GT45 staff member or contact the respective series organizer for those details. P: Drivers are allowed to Open an Incident Report (using the Ticket Bot) and wait to provide the needed information. However, there are few things to keep in mind; This is allowed as a courtesy and will be revoked if abused. The deadline (to provide the needed information or closeout the ticket) is still in effect. o If the needed information is not provided, the ticket will be closed by GT45 Gaming and this ticket will NOT count towards the driver’s allotment. If the driver decides not to file the report, please close your own ticket. o If the needed information is added after the deadline, the ticket will be deemed invalid and be counted against a driver’s allotment.
