6. OLR - Basic Livery Guidelines: A: All race series have a basic guidelines & requirements for liveries. GT45 Gaming will make a post in the appropriate channel (livery-requirements) to explain & show drivers which decals to use, and where they need to place on your car. B: Liveries might be required to have: • Race Series Decals (if available) o DMJ, GT45, GTRC, RIWT, TT. etc. (may require a set of decals to make the complete image) • Race Series Organizer decals (DDR, GT45, GTRC) • Sponsor Decals (APEX Racing, GT45, TT) • Driver Number decals (13, 45, 69, 420, 666) • Driver Name decals (your PSN name) o This does not need to be the same location as the game would place it. • Team decals • Car Class decals (Gr.1, Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.4) • Division decals (Alien, Elite, Pro, Pro-Am, Am, Intermediate, Rookie) • Flag decals (driver’s nationality) • PSVR2 decals (for drivers using the PSVR2 Headset to race) C: Liveries may include: • Animé (needs to be tasteful) • Religious Expression (God, Satan, Car Gods, Flying Spaghetti Monster) • Any ‘Preset Decals’ that can be found in the ‘Livery Editor’ of Gran Turismo 7, including; o Brand Logos o Fantasy Logos • All ‘User Created Decals’ must not infringe on the Copyrights of their owners, including, but not limited to; o Brand Logos o Racing Logos o Product Logos D: Liveries may not include decals of any Real Brand Name as the main focus (primary sponsor). The ONLY exception is if a driver is actually sponsored by or is partnered with a Real Brand Name - proof will be required and provided to GT45 Gaming. Brands includes, but not limited to; • Company Name Brands o Automotive, Media, Sports & Sports Teams, Technology, Electronics, Gaming, Fashion & Clothing, Furniture, Energy, Utilities, Food & Beverage, Retail, Logistics, Software, etc. • Product Brands o Toyota Supra, Disney+, Adobe, Apple, Air Jordan, Coke-Cola, DHL Express, ExxonMobil, IKEA, Chevron Gasoline, Facebook, Levi’s Jeans, Caterpillar Bulldozers, etc. Decals of Real Brands Name may be used in a livery but must be discreet like a contingency stickers are for parts. • If you have any questions about this regulation, please contact ‘GT45Gaming’ directly via a DM on Discord. E: Liveries are prohibited from including: • Alcohol Brands • Tobacco or Vaping Brands • Illegal or Decriminalized Drugs • Drug Paraphernalia • Sexual Content or Nudity • Sexual Toys or Sexual Paraphernalia • Porn Websites F: Exceptions for liveries will not be listed here. If any driver feels they have a valid reason for an exception, please send a DM to ‘GT45Gaming’ to discuss the matter with him. G: All liveries must be submitted for approval before being allowed in any official GT45 Gaming events. • GT45 Gaming server > (race series name) > livery-approval. o Once a livery is approved it cannot be changed. o A livery may be update with sponsorship decals, without approval, provided the decal complies with the OLR Livery Guidelines. H: If a driver needs to change the livery of their their car needs to contact a GT45 Gaming Admin Staff member before submitting their livery design to discuss the situation. • Any driver who has changed their livery without prior approval authorization will be ignored. I: Any driver failings to meet the Livery Requirements will be subject to penalties. • See Section ‘Penalty Guidelines’ for more information. J: Any driver who enters a race with an Unapproved Livery will be subject to penalties. • See Section ‘Penalty Guidelines’ for more information. K: The Livery may be changed for the Season Finale - ONLY! • Livery must be approved. L: GT45 Gaming reserves the right to deem any decal as Unacceptable, for any reason. o If a decal is deemed as Unacceptable…Any driver who fails to get livery approval before racing will receive a Penalty.
